Coaching and training to support people through change with more clarity and confidence to be the best they can be.

Lucy Scarlett, founder of Lumini

Mindset and performance coach.

My belief is simple. Sometimes you just need to ask the right question to bring a person out and help them realise their full potential.

Working with everyone from senior leaders to managers, across lots of different industries, has made me realise that ultimately we're all human. It's about leaning in rather than turning away.

That's why my coaching is mindset and performance led. We work on your goals, find where you might be getting in your own way, and create the space for you to move forward.

Bespoke workshops

A workshop designed around your team and the problem you're trying to solve. Most are anchored on AI confidence and communication.

Bespoke workshop breakdown
  1. Investigation

It starts with a conversation. Time with you, and with people from the team where that helps, to understand the problem you're trying to solve, who will be in the room and what good looks like afterwards.

  2. Build and design

The session is designed around what the investigation turned up. The content, exercises and examples are shaped to your team and your world, so nothing feels off the shelf.

  3. The run

Delivered live with your people. Expect an engaged room, plenty of practical work and space to think, so the learning goes back to their desks with them.

Quoted per brief, because no two builds are the same.

AI is changing the way we work.

But it can help us to become more human.

  • Using it

of frontline employees now use AI regularly, up more than 20 points in a year.

  • Trained for it

Only 36% feel they have received adequate upskilling.

  • Happier for it

of regular AI users say it has improved their job satisfaction.

The way we work is changing. Most people sit somewhere between curious and quietly terrified.

It's not just about what buttons to press, but the mindset and agility to change that goes with it. My work is supporting groups and individuals to take a step back and understand where AI is actually going to help them move forward.

People leave feeling empowered by where the world is heading instead of steamrollered by it.

"To live is to change, and to be perfect is to have changed often."

John Henry Newman, 1845

How I support

  • Working with the transformational change element, and people's willingness to experiment, fail and grow
  • How AI links to critical thinking, and getting us to rethink what work we attach ourselves to
  • Developing the human skills that complement AI
  • Working with groups and individuals, coaching them towards the goals that will help them in their roles, and building the confidence to keep using it once the session ends

The Telegraph

The work

Lucy ran a series of workshops for teams at The Telegraph on mindset, social media and staying productive, including how to rewire our minds away from the addictive tendencies and negative effects social media can have.

The sessions shed new light on what gets in the way of doing what we need to do at work. They also helped people build the language and communication to help each other move past something that affects so many of us beneath the surface.

Mace

"Lucy designed and delivered a bespoke workshop for our Future Leaders Programme, focused on 'Mastering Your Mindset', specifically around managing pressure and stepping into leadership. The session was engaging, practical, and very well received by the group. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and we're looking forward to having Lucy continue delivering regular sessions as part of the programme."

Klaviyo

"Lucy came in to run a workshop for our team on goal setting and confidence, followed by coaching clinics with some of our high performers. It was so well received, in fact plenty of people wanted to book in afterwards. What stood out to me was Lucy's energy and her ability to adapt so naturally to different people and their needs. I'd definitely recommend working with her."

  • She rolled out 1:1 sessions with five people across the company, and we received glowing feedback from all of them.

They valued their time with Lucy and saw it as a benefit. We also noticed an uplift in the performance of these individuals when it came to their capability to manage larger projects.

  • I've never dared be so honest and so myself in a coaching relationship, and Lucy has given the space for my vulnerability excellently.

Lucy is great at letting me express what I need to express while also guiding me to get more specific about what I want.

    Lewis
    Marketing manager, Unilever

  • I would recommend Lucy as a coach because her patience is incredible and she brings the conversation back to what we are working through.

It can be thought provoking and I come out of each session with greater understanding and clarity!

    Jasbir

  • She helped me understand what my key drivers of happiness were and always made the process 'me' led.

This allowed us to lift a cloud over me that I didn't even know existed. I am now more confident, assured and driven day to day, I even moved into a new job that I wasn't even expecting to do when I began the process.
